Vintage Speedworks and Tag-Heuer honor Porsche racing heritage by unique artworks

Aim:

In 2022 the creative teams of Vintage Speedworks and Tag-Heuer worked closely together in a design project. The main target was to show the close relation and heritage between Tag-Heur and Porsche.

After some brainstorm sessions and initial renders, the team created a large scale Porsche 964 inspired sculpture with a height of 2 meters. The intention was to select local artists close to the Tag-Heuer boutiques, to paint every sculpture is a very unique way.

Creation:

During the design and manufacturing of the artworks, the teams cooperated with Adriano Stellino from AS-Design which created the 3D design and ensured that the manufacturing was done on a high quality level. The process from 3D CAD, to a wooden mold, to the final wall-sculptures was very demanding, but definately resulted in a high-end artwork.

Final creations

The large sculptures have been painted by local artists from Japan, Dubai, France and others. Every piece is unique and tells a very different story fitting its location. Tag-Heuer also wrote a very nice article on one of the Sculptures which was painted by Hydrane and exhibited at Watches and Wonders 2022.
