Toine Hezeman inhis winning Alfa Tipo33/3 Spider
The Alfa Romeo Type 33 was a prototype that was raced between 1967 and 1977. Several variants were released that were very successful from 1971 onwards.
The Tipo 33/3 took part in 1971 in the famous and challenging Targe Florio Rally at Sicily. The team scored a 1-2 with the winning car of Toine Hezemans and Vaccalera. Gijs van Lennep was here 2nd with teammate Adamich.
