Description
The Lamborgini Miura is perhaps the most famous Lamborgini of all time. The natural lines and flow of the design will appeal to many a 'petrolhead'. The Miura was presented to the public in 1966 at the Geneva Motor Show. The chassis was designed by Gianpaulo Dallara and possessed a 3.9-litre V12. The bodywork and styling was handled by Bertone and, together with the chassis, it was a winning combination.
French artist Stephane Dufour has found a very quirky way to immortalise iconic models. It starts with the creation of the basic design, which is made entirely in clay. The small series made of each design is made from a coloured casting resin, which takes the right shape via a mould. After curing, the product is carefully sanded to achieve a completely smooth surface.
The designs are one of a kind and have a strong premium look, ideal for in study room or office.
