The beautiful 917 with Martini livery was built with a magnesium tubular frame and even beat the fast Long Tail version in 1971.
Artist John Ketchell is internationally renowned. He is an automotive artist who has already received many commissions from both individuals and well-known companies. When you look at Ketchell's work, you immediately see that speed intrigues him. His semi-abstract style gives us all a lot of freedom to interpret the piece. At a young age, John was captivated by racing, especially the GP Talbot-Lago was soon his facourite. After Art school in Preston, John soon became a pro artist.
