For many, Ayrton Senna is the best driver of all time. Especially the fierce battle with Alain Prost pushed him to the limit. The word quitting did not exist for him and many a battle was fought to the edge.
The races at Monaco and also the rain race at Donnington park make him a real legend, a real champion. Tom Havlasek is still very interested in the era of the real heroes; Lauda, Prost, Hunt and certainly Senna. This painting lets us get close me the driver as the canvas is mostly filled with the cockpit of his MP4/6.
